They specialize in goals-based wealth management, including planning for retirement, education, legacy, and other life goals through investment advice and guidance. Merrill's Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Client Associates help clients pursue their financial aspirations through personal relationships, leveraging Merrill's investment insights and Bank of America's banking convenience. The company is committed to an in-office culture with specific attendance requirements, while also allowing for appropriate flexibility. After reaching key milestones, the ADP FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care approach. Successful ADP Financial Solutions Advisors Stage I typically progress to a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) role, transitioning to a local Merrill Wealth Management office to build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients.
