About The Position

As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Once licensed, you will be taught the foundational skills necessary to be an advisor, covering client acquisition, relationship building and management, and guiding clients with financial advice and solutions. You will learn to consider a client’s complex financial picture to help them achieve their best financial lives, while humanizing financial interactions. After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. Upon demonstrating success as a licensed ADP Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress to the next stage as a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA). In this role, you will transition to a local Merrill Wealth Management office to build a new portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients. Successful MFSAs have the opportunity to further progress within ADP, with the ultimate goal of becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor.
