About The Position

Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee for its centralized segment within the Advisor Development Program. This role involves a structured journey starting with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through dedicated classes. Once licensed, the trainee will learn foundational advisor skills, including client acquisition, relationship building, and managing client relationships, while providing holistic financial advice and solutions. Financial Solutions Advisors in this centralized segment are phone-based licensed advisors who offer comprehensive financial guidance, identifying product and service solutions for clients' investment, savings, and liability management needs, and aligning Merrill and Bank of America offerings.
