About The Position

As an Advisor on Dell Technologies’ Demand Planning team in Austin, Texas, you will support forecasting and documentation, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports to help the team deliver timely outcomes. You will collaborate across Sales and Supply Chain to collect inputs and track assumptions. Your work will improve data quality and process efficiency. The role is part of the Materials and Procurement organization, which develops strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships, leads contract negotiations, manages risk, drives cost-saving initiatives, and implements strategic sourcing best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in asset management or finance operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of planning lifecycle processes and SOPs.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with consensus documentation or planning workflows.
