About The Position

Four Hands is hiring a Demand Planning Intern to support forecasting and inventory strategy. The intern will help keep data accurate, maintain reporting tools, and support planning projects that inform business decisions. The internship is on-site in Austin, Texas, is expected to begin in January 2027, and runs through the Spring 2027 term, ending in April 2027. Internships are 12 weeks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Merchandising, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including IF functions and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry related to purchase orders, forecasts, and inventory updates.
• Maintain and update planning tools, reports, and templates used in forecasting and business analysis.
• Help monitor and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure alignment across teams and systems.
• Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports on sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Assist with purchase orders and receipt flow in partnership with global teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Uphold Four Hands’ core values and contribute as a member of the team.
