About The Position

Four Hands is hiring a Demand Planning Intern to support forecasting and inventory strategy. The intern will help maintain accurate data, build and update reporting tools, and assist with planning projects that support business decisions. The internship is expected to start in January 2027 and run through April 2027 for the Spring 2027 term. The internship is 12 weeks and is on-site in Austin, Texas.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Merchandising, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including IF functions and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry related to purchase orders, forecasts, and inventory updates.
• Help maintain and update planning tools, reports, and templates used for forecasting and business analysis.
• Monitor and reconcile data discrepancies, ensuring alignment across teams and systems.
• Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports on sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Assist with purchase orders and receipt flow in partnership with global teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
