About The Position

Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. The Advertising Sales Rep Analyst- Agency Account Manager will work with agencies on behalf of their advertisers, nurture high-value active accounts to identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, retain and grow existing advertisers by maximizing revenue potential. This role involves leading agency management calls by cultivating and maintaining a strong, positive relationship, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for active accounts by sharing campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations, and pitching campaigns to sell new ideas and drive incremental revenue. The position has end-to-end sales responsibility for a portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close account management. The role may involve creating customized pricing, quotes, and contracts using online applications. The goal is to retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts. The individual will develop an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed. They will work collaboratively to support the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships and document all aspects of the sales cycle in a variety of CRMs. The role also requires the ability to use LinkedIn to identify potential targets and participate in the development of materials needed for campaign/program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle sales experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of digital advertising, marketing or media experience
  • Digital advertising sales
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads, pipeline, and track sales activities efficiently
  • Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
  • Consistent, proven quota attainment quarter over quarter
  • Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, and/or Account Management
  • Prior experience working with agencies or at an agency
  • Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in technology and technology sales with a focus on digital advertising, media and marketing
