About The Position

The Multi-Media Advertising Sales Executive is responsible for ownership of an established account base with high growth opportunity. Base salary, plus uncapped monthly commission.

Requirements

Advanced training and or experience in sales.
Persuasive communication skills that gain acceptance of yourself and your ideas.
Effective listening skills and the ability to determine client needs through proper needs assessment techniques.
Proven track record and skill in closing sales.
Self-motivation and plan daily priorities in a way that ensures a high sales closing ratio.
Strong oral presentation skills and ability to field questions from clients.
Advanced training and or experience in overcoming client objections.
Ability to think creatively and holistically along company product lines as it pertains to preparing plans and proposals.
Skilled in managing time wisely, leaving ample time in each day for high gain activities.
Ability to work with teams while treating clients, both internal and external, with dignity and respect.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance to set the stage for sales success.
Must be reliable and sincere.
Effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.
Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience.
