About The Position

The Advertising and Merchandising Coordinator reports to the Director of Advertising and Merchandising and is responsible for executing Crossway’s advertising efforts across Google, Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, podcasts, print, and sponsored content. This position also includes tracking budgets and collecting and analyzing campaign performance metrics to make data-informed decisions. In addition, the Advertising and Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for product merchandising tasks including creating collection pages to categorize products on Crossway’s website, and uploading excerpts and video content to the website and Amazon as needed.

Requirements

  • A college degree with 1–2 years experience in a related field
  • Experience supporting advertising campaigns across channels (digital, print, social media, podcast, etc.), with familiarity in platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager preferred
  • Ability to pull reports and analyze data, track budgets, and understand basic marketing KPIs
  • Strong written skills and attention to detail for drafting and proofreading ad copy and maintaining brand consistency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with good interpersonal and time-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute on Crossway’s pay-per-click (PPC) advertising efforts on various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of advertising campaigns, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, and providing strategic input for future campaigns
  • Research and help to execute podcast sponsorship opportunities catered to listener bases that overlap with Crossway’s core audience
  • Work with the Director of Advertising and Merchandising to strengthen and refine Crossway’s overarching advertising process, helping to develop more robust and transparent systems for planning, executing, and reporting on all campaigns
  • Aggregate, analyze, and report on performance metrics related to all advertising campaigns, helping to shape Crossway’s advertising strategy with data-informed analysis and insights
  • Upload video and other assets to Crossway.org and Amazon
  • Create collection pages and update the Crossway.org drop down menu
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Advertising and Merchandising
