About The Position

The Advertising Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns for entertainment clients across print, digital, social, and promotional platforms. This role serves as a key operational liaison between sales, clients, creative teams, and internal departments to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on schedule, and aligned with client objectives. The coordinator manages campaign logistics, monitors performance reporting, and assists with client communications to support revenue generation and strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business and 2+ years of experience in advertising coordination, media operations, campaign management, account support OR 3+ years of experience in advertising coordination, media operations, campaign management, account support
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, Gmail, and Google Docs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and deadlines may shift.
  • Work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in media, entertainment advertising, publishing, or digital advertising environments.
  • Familiarity with advertising operations systems, order management systems, or ad-serving platforms.
  • Experience supporting advertising campaigns for film studios, streaming platforms, television networks, or entertainment events.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising formats, media planning concepts, and campaign performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling, trafficking, and execution of advertising campaigns for entertainment clients across multiple platforms, ensuring campaign assets, deadlines, and specifications are met.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between sales teams, clients, creative services, ad operations, and production teams to ensure campaign deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Review insertion orders, campaign details, and creative assets to confirm alignment with campaign objectives, advertising specifications, and internal operational processes.
  • Support the development of campaign materials including media schedules, proposal documents, presentations, and performance summaries using tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal approvals to ensure campaigns launch as scheduled and client expectations are met.
  • Assist with campaign reporting by compiling performance data, delivery metrics, and campaign summaries to support account managers and client communications.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and flag delivery issues, discrepancies, or operational concerns to appropriate internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records, documentation, and client information within internal systems and databases.
  • Support client service activities by responding to internal and external requests for campaign information, status updates, and documentation.
  • Assist with special projects, promotional initiatives, and entertainment marketing programs that support revenue generation and audience engagement.
