About The Position

As an Advertising Campaign Strategist (ACS) at Demandbase, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers realize the full value of their investment in our advertising solutions. You’ll act as a strategic advisor and media expert—ensuring campaign success, driving full media utilization, and delivering actionable insights that demonstrate measurable business value. The ACS is a hybrid of campaign manager, data analyst, and customer success partner. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Ad Ops, Product, and GTM teams to execute high-impact advertising campaigns while helping Demandbase achieve its internal revenue goals. This role is positioned for growth into a Senior or Lead position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally with a B2B focus
  • Experience in a customer-facing account management role, supporting mid-market and/or enterprise clients
  • Proven ability to translate campaign metrics into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate business impact
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate success against performance targets
  • Strong technical proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience buying and/or planning digital advertising campaigns is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of ~20 customer accounts (volume may vary by segment)
  • Drive full utilization of booked media budgets through strategic execution and performance storytelling
  • Build and manage customer audience journeys and campaign briefs
  • Deliver compelling, insight-driven reports that support renewals and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (CSMs, Ad Ops, Sales) to align campaign strategy and timelines
  • Surface optimization opportunities and serve as the voice of the customer in internal planning
  • Contribute to special projects, tiger teams, and the evolution of internal tools, templates, and processes
  • Support campaign launches and ensure impressions are served to drive accurate billing
