This role involves strategic partnership with Campaign Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative, and Channel teams, and the development of AI-enabled workflows to enhance team effectiveness. It is suited for individuals energized by fast-paced, evolving environments and who are passionate about content craft.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in content strategy, editorial planning, or integrated marketing.
  • Substantial hands-on content creation experience.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates content strategy and creation capabilities.
  • Strong background in B2B messaging, campaign storytelling, and cross-channel content development.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM, Writer, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to produce, personalize, and optimize marketing content.
  • Experience building repeatable AI workflows.
  • A clear point of view on the role of AI in the content process.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Product Marketing, Creative, and functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience briefing creative teams.
  • Ability to ground content in genuine customer and market insight.
  • A knack for turning complex ideas into clear, audience-first messaging.
  • A bias toward action and experimentation.
  • Energized by fast-paced environments where the playbook is still being written.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end content strategy for global campaigns, including defining the core story, content architecture, and asset mix.
  • Ensure all campaign assets across every channel reinforce the central narrative in a clear, connected, and audience-first manner.
  • Utilize research, audience insights, and performance data to guide content direction and ensure resonance with target audiences and customer needs.
  • Champion a customer-first approach that balances business priorities with audience interests.
  • Write, shape, and oversee the production of high-impact campaign content, including narrative frameworks, messaging guides, and copy for web, email, paid, and social channels.
  • Translate complex product and solution stories into clear, compelling, audience-first content optimized for the full customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Creative and channel teams to adapt core content into channel-native formats, maintaining quality and consistency at scale.
  • Design, test, and scale AI-powered capabilities for content marketing, treating AI as a core craft element.
  • Build and maintain prompt libraries, content templates, Skills, and agentic workflows to enhance team output while upholding brand voice, quality, and accuracy.
  • Identify and address bottlenecks in the content lifecycle (briefing, drafting, review, adaptation, reporting) using AI and leading change management.
  • Pilot emerging AI tools and effectively use established tools like Slackbot, Gemini, NotebookLM, Writer, ChatGPT, and Claude, codifying best practices.
  • Establish standards for AI-assisted content, including clear guardrails, review standards, and best practices for sourcing, fact-checking, and brand safety.
  • Develop integrated content strategies that align with the full customer journey, ensuring cohesive campaign experiences.
  • Create purposeful content plans based on funnel stage, audience signal, and intent, with a focus on performance and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, piloting new content formats, storytelling approaches, and AI-powered experiences to enhance campaign engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between Creative, Product Marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment on messaging, content priorities, and customer experience.
  • Proactively shape campaign briefs with clear input on messaging hierarchy, content types, audiences, and channel considerations.
  • Help define and evolve best practices across functional teams for consistency, quality, and innovation, including shared standards for AI-assisted content.
