About The Position

This position is a dynamic, guest-facing role that supports operations across multiple mountain departments. Responsibilities include assisting with tube park activities, carpet lift operations, equipment handling, rentals, retail, mountain activity product sales, while also providing exceptional customer service at food and beverage stations and other guest service points. Team members will engage guests in a friendly, energetic manner, learn and perform a variety of tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs to ensure safe, smooth, and memorable experiences for all visitors.

Requirements

Previous experience in guest service preferred.
Experience working in a team environment or with the public.
History of working within a team structure
Proficient in ticketing (required) with working knowledge of tubing operations, boot fitting, and carpet lift operation; adaptable to learn other mountain activities quickly.
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment can change rapidly with guest demand.
Commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift heavy objects and push heavy groups of tubers
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
