MaxPreps Advantage Sales Representative at PlayOn is a high-energy, quota-driven sales role for individuals who understand athletics, believe in the power of data and coaching tools, and know how to earn a coach’s trust. The role involves owning a territory of high school programs, driving new sales of PlayOn’s Coaching Analytics and coaching tools to head coaches and their athletic departments. Daily activities include outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and product demonstrations, all aimed at helping coaches make smarter decisions and build stronger programs. Collaboration with internal teams (sales, customer experience, customer success) is key to acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate has a background in athletics (coach, player, or sales professional serving the market), is intrinsically motivated by helping coaches and players grow, and brings a consultative, collaborative approach.
