About The Position

The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) is seeking an entrepreneurial fundraising leader to expand and diversify the financial resources supporting its mission. This hands-on position is responsible for building donor pipelines, developing relationships, soliciting and securing gifts, pursuing grants, creating strategic partnerships, and generating measurable revenue. The role will strengthen existing donor relationships while developing new sources of support, including grassroots donors, digital giving, major gifts, foundation and government grants, partnerships, and new donor networks. The successful candidate will personally lead and participate in fundraising across multiple channels, while building the systems, relationships, and pipeline needed for sustainable long-term growth. The role calls for a builder and producer who can develop strategy and execute it, communicate NCOSE’s work as a compelling case for support, and move between digital donor-acquisition campaigns and direct solicitation of major gifts. Success will be measured by fundraising results, donor and partnership growth, grant opportunities, and increased revenue supporting NCOSE’s mission. This is a hybrid position in NCOSE’s DC office. Local travel to meetings is expected, and occasional out-of-town travel may be required. The position involves sitting for long periods, standing or walking as needed, and light lifting up to 15 pounds. Compensation is commensurate with experience; the posted salary range is shown as “$– $.” Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, an FSA, 401(k), paid time off, and EAP.
