The Advancement Operations Coordinator is a newly created role on ASP’s Advancement team, designed to strengthen the operational excellence and donor experience. This position plays a vital role in ensuring hundreds of donations each month are processed accurately, gift acknowledgements are timely and meaningful, and the team has the data and logistical support needed to meet its annual fundraising goals. Reporting to the Director of Advancement Operations, the Advancement Operations Coordinator provides daily operational support to the Major Gifts, Grants/Strategic Partnerships, Programs, Executive Leadership, and Administrative teams. This is an in-office position. Remote candidates will not be considered. This role is well-suited for a professional eager to build a long-term career in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or Advancement operations with a mission-driven, Christian organization.
