About The Position

Rosary College Prep, an independent Catholic Dominican college preparatory high school for young women in Aurora, Illinois, is seeking an energetic, highly organized, and mission-driven Advancement Operations and Engagement Coordinator to join our Institutional Advancement team. This full-time position is ideal for a collaborative professional who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, and supporting the advancement of Catholic education. The Advancement Operations and Engagement Coordinator serves as a key member of the Institutional Advancement team, providing operational support for fundraising, donor relations, alumnae engagement, communications, enrollment initiatives, marketing, and special events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM or donor database systems is strongly preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in advancement, fundraising, communications, database management, event planning, enrollment, or a related field are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the school's constituent database (CRM)
  • Processing gifts and donor acknowledgments
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Generating reports
  • Coordinating donor stewardship activities
  • Supporting fundraising campaigns
  • Assisting with communications and marketing projects
  • Coordinating volunteer engagement
  • Helping execute major school events, including the Candlelight Ball, Homecoming, donor events, alumnae programs, and admissions activities.
