The role requires attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to identify and resolve data issues while understanding the impact of decisions on reporting, donor records, and financial reconciliation. The position also contributes to continuous improvement efforts through process enhancements, technology adoption, and a commitment to high-quality customer service and data stewardship.
