The role involves regional business management to achieve sustainable growth, identifying and solving customer financial and clinical priorities, utilizing data for business planning, and providing comprehensive coaching to team members. The manager will oversee the team's opportunity pipeline and KPIs in Salesforce, manage direct reports to achieve corporate goals, and model core values. Responsibilities also include hiring, developing, and retaining a high-performing team, ensuring effective use of sales tools, managing corporate relationships and contract negotiations with key customers and IDNs, managing team expenses, and collaborating with internal business stakeholders.
