About The Position
NIVA Health is seeking an established Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a proven track record in advanced wound care to join their Mobile Wound Care Division. This role offers greater clinical autonomy and the opportunity to play a pivotal role in evaluating and managing complex wound cases. The provider will deliver comprehensive wound care using evidence-based therapies and technologies directly to patients in their homes and local facilities. Additionally, the role involves mentoring less experienced providers, contributing to clinical quality initiatives, and process improvements across multiple states. NIVA Health is an innovator in non-invasive wound care solutions, having served over 50,000 patients.
Requirements
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator and natural team leader
- Commitment to innovation and quality care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings
- Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement
- Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment
