About The Position

As an Advanced Systems Engineer, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for the full lifecycle of complex systems, from requirements definition through integration, verification, and validation. This role will support the execution of comprehensive development programs to verify system and subsystem requirements, lead the integration of system elements, and direct the conduct of large-scale system verification testing, ensuring robust performance of tactical hardware systems. Requirements Lifecycle Management: Experience with requirements allocation, decomposition, management, and traceability, utilizing tools like DOORS. Test and Integration: Performing system-level integration and testing in both lab and operational environments, including environmental testing. Hardware Systems: Applying a strong background in hardware engineering to the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of system components. Design for Excellence: Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM), design for test (DFT), and environmental compliance. Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Proficiency with MBSE tools such as CAMEO or MagicDraw is a significant plus. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
  • 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A clear and deep understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories, with an emphasis on verification and validation.
