About The Position

Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Advanced Support Workers in Worcester, UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced support worker to step up. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and people who have complex needs, to lead the best life. This role is based in a brand-new, purpose-built supported living scheme in Worcester. Some individuals may present with behaviours that challenge or carry risks, and your role will be pivotal in helping them transition smoothly into their new homes and thrive.

Requirements

  • Driving license is essential.
  • Experience in Challenging Behaviours.
  • Experience in Positive Behavioural Support strategies.
  • A calm, consistent, and unconditionally positive approach to care.
  • A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of individual needs and preferences.
  • Level 3 in Social Care or experience in social care.
  • Strong experience in mental health, autism and forensic background.
