About The Position

Premium Velocity Auto / Jiffy Lube is hiring an Advanced Specialist to provide high-level automotive maintenance and repair services that help customers maintain confidence in the safety and performance of their vehicles. The role is cross-trained across multiple positions, offering broader skills and opportunities to increase earning potential. The position is suited to a safety-minded technician who can work in a fast-paced environment, provide customer-focused service, and grow through ongoing training.

Requirements

At least 2 years of automotive service experience.
Valid driver's license.
Strong commitment to safety procedures.
Willingness to grow through continuous training.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, crawl, stoop, and climb stairs.
Comfort working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments.
Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines.
Deliver efficient, safety-focused customer service.
Perform advanced services involving engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and tire systems, as well as spark plugs and batteries.
Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations.
Comply with OSHA requirements, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards.
Participate in on-site and e-learning training.
Support marketing events and promotions.
Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records.
Assist with stocking and inventory management.
Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance.
Build customer loyalty through high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
