About The Position

Premium Velocity Auto / Jiffy Lube is hiring an Advanced Specialist to perform high-level vehicle maintenance and repair services that support vehicle safety and performance. The role is cross-trained across multiple positions and combines technical automotive work with customer service, recordkeeping, inventory support, and facility upkeep. The employee will participate in on-site and e-learning training and support marketing events and promotions.

Requirements

At least 2 years of automotive service experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong commitment to safety procedures.
Willingness to develop through continuous training.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, crawl, stoop, and climb stairs.
Comfort working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments.
Authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate, unbiased service recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines.
Deliver efficient, safety-focused customer service and build customer loyalty through quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Perform advanced services on engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, HVAC, and tire systems, including spark plug and battery work.
Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations.
Comply with OSHA requirements, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards.
Participate in on-site and e-learning training.
Support marketing events and promotions.
Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records.
Assist with stocking and inventory management.
Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance.
