About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Advanced Services Business Analyst to join our Financial Operations team within Advanced Services & Digital Solutions. In this role, you will support key Toyota customers by managing equipment and financial operations processes that contribute to a positive and consistent customer experience. Working closely with Account Management, Customer Care, dealers, customers, vendors, and other cross-functional teams, you will help maintain equipment records, support billing and asset management functions, develop reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and play an important role in supporting customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

  • Manage equipment records to support asset management and billing processes
  • Develop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate and communicate with dealers and customers to support business objectives
  • Support quality controls and operational processes that promote a positive customer experience
  • Build and maintain reports and automation tools that improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Serve as a liaison between dealers and customers to support issue resolution
  • Train dealers on financial operations and equipment management processes
  • Provide data-driven insights and support customer business reviews
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Support customer service activities and help achieve department and company goals
  • Execute responsibilities independently while maintaining fiduciary accountability
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
