About The Position

As an Advanced Product Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, you will perform product engineering and support the design and development of advanced hardware solutions. The role focuses on Modular Avionics Unit (MAU) sub-assembly end items and hardware systems for aerospace applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute projects, meet quality standards, and improve hardware performance and reliability. The position reports to the Engineering Manager and is based in Phoenix, Arizona, with a Monday–Friday hybrid work arrangement after 90 days.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• At least 5 years of experience in hardware design and development.
• Product Engineering experience, including creating M.I.s/Deviations; using the Teamcenter IR/ECN process, MOD Board, Change Impact Analysis process, and Configuration Management tools.
• Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools, with experience in hardware testing and validation.
• Experience with embedded systems and familiarity with relevant design tools and technologies.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status) or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
