About The Position
St. Luke's Health System is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their patient focused team at Trinity Mountain Medical, Family Medicine in Mountain Home, Idaho. The selected individual will partner with one of our physicians in a team-based care model, sharing a patient panel. The clinic offers a wide scope of services, including family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecological care (OB/GYN).
