About The Position

Provides medical care and treatments according to credentials and privileges in either a clinical setting or through public health services. Maintains records, participates on committees, and upholding ethical standards are also required.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Masters of Science program.
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's program.
• Meet the Oklahoma Board of Nursing's requirements for licensure.
• Knowledge of Contact Management systems.
• Knowledge of Database software.
• Knowledge of Spreadsheet software.
• Possess and maintain an Oklahoma State Nursing license with prescriptive authority preferred.
• Possess National Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
• Must not and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG’s Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA’s List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
