About The Position

Requirements

Master of Science degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience required.
Current active State of Florida license as an ARNP.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
Ability to practice independently while functioning as a leader within the healthcare team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound reasoning and judgment and respond calmly in emergency situations.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, volunteers, and the public.
Ability to explain complex medical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Excellent observational and assessment skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Internal Medicine experience preferred.
Excellent computer skills and experience with common office equipment and electronic medical recordkeeping software required.
Experience with eClinical Works is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinating all aspects of patient care, including diagnosing health issues
Detecting changes in a patient's health and changing treatment plans as necessary
Administering medicines
Evaluating responses to treatments and medications
Consulting, and serving as leaders within the clinical setting
