As our Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - PA, you'll earn a competitive base salary, plus a performance incentive program, and one week of CME time annually plus up to $3,200 per year for CME expenses. Requirements

  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • National certification appropriate to training and specialty
  • Comfortable using an electronic health record to manage patient and caregiver communications, results, medication refill workflows, documentation, and team-based care tasks
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, organizational ability, and commitment to patient-centered, age-friendly care
  • Ability to work independently within scope of practice while collaborating effectively with supervising or collaborating physicians and the broader care team
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

  • Geriatrics, internal medicine, or urgent care experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients
  • Develop care plans
