Requirements

• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• National certification appropriate to training and specialty
• Comfortable using an electronic health record to manage patient and caregiver communications, results, medication refill workflows, documentation, and team-based care tasks
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, organizational ability, and commitment to patient-centered, age-friendly care
• Ability to work independently within scope of practice while collaborating effectively with supervising or collaborating physicians and the broader care team

Nice To Haves

• Geriatrics, internal medicine, or urgent care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients
• Develop care plans
• Manage chronic condition follow-ups
• Address clinical questions, test results, and medication refill requests through the electronic health record
• Combine independent practice with teamwork to deliver timely, high-quality care
