Maryville Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Wound Care

The role includes travel to local nursing homes to provide expert wound care and assisting with wound care management for patients on the medical surgical floor.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an APRN master’s nursing degree or graduate of accredited PA program
- Current Missouri license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure
- Current DEA licensure
- Current wound certification
- Possess ability to work independently/autonomously and interdependently with other health care professionals
- Have extensive patient assessment skills using diagnostic methods and instruments with the ability to develop appropriate care plans, modifying as indicated
- Possess effective communication skills and interpersonal skills with patients, families and members of the health care team
