Maryville Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Wound Care

Requirements
- Successful completion of an APRN master’s nursing degree or graduate of accredited PA program
- Current Missouri license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure
- Current DEA licensure
- Current wound certification
- Ability to work independently/autonomously and interdependently with other health care professionals
- Possess effective communication skills and interpersonal skills with patients, families and members of the health care team
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care through travel to local nursing homes
- Assist with wound care management for patients on the medical surgical floor
- Develop appropriate care plans, modifying as indicated
- Perform extensive patient assessments using diagnostic methods and instruments
