Requirements

  • Master's or DNP Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with completion of an accredited APRN program, with current Adult Medicine Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANPCB) Board Certification or equivalent certification.
  • Currently licensed or eligible for Missouri APRN licensure
  • Clinical experience in women’s health services preferred
  • Experience with EHR preferred
  • Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and provide routine primary care to improve patient health outcomes.
  • Take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and manage treatment plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Assist with opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles.
  • Work with other healthcare providers, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Participate in outreach activities to raise awareness about the mobile clinic’s services and engage with the community.
  • Actively participating in leadership-level planning for the best growth opportunities.
