Requirements

- Master's or DNP Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with completion of an accredited FNP program, with current Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANPCB) Board Certification or equivalent certification.
- Currently licensed or eligible for California APRN licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Clinical experience in family and primary care services preferred
- Experience with EHR preferred
- Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and provide routine primary care to improve patient health outcomes.
- Take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and manage treatment plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Assist with opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles.
- Work with other healthcare providers, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participate in outreach activities to raise awareness about the mobile clinic’s services and engage with the community.
- Actively participating in leadership-level planning for the best growth opportunities.
