About The Position
Michigan Institute of Urology (MIU), powered by Urology Alliance, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established urology team in Utica, Michigan. The role combines inpatient and outpatient care, with morning hospital rounds followed by afternoon clinic visits, and offers continuity of care across the patient journey. The provider will work collaboratively with urologists, other advanced practice providers, and support staff in a patient-centered practice. The position offers clinical autonomy within a private-practice environment, backed by Urology Alliance’s operational, business, and organizational resources. Providers can broaden their clinical expertise across urologic conditions while contributing to high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Interest in a combination of inpatient and outpatient urology care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based practice environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct morning hospital rounds and provide hospital-based care.
- See patients in afternoon outpatient clinic visits.
- Provide continuity of care across the patient journey.
- Collaborate with urologists, APPs, and support staff to deliver patient-centered urologic care.
