About The Position

Family Health Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join its primary care team in McBain, Michigan. The role offers patient-centered medicine in a supportive, team-based environment, with an emphasis on quality care rather than productivity quotas. The position includes a flexible four- or five-day workweek, minimal on-call responsibilities, patient schedules averaging two patients per hour, and four hours of administrative time each week. Clinical support includes a paired medical assistant, an RN case manager, onsite behavioral health therapists, and a clinical pharmacist. Federal malpractice coverage is provided through the employer.

Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving West Central Michigan. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the organization’s credentialing process.

• Must be an NP or PA qualified to serve as an Advanced Practice Provider.
