About The Position
Astera Cancer Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its outpatient hematology and oncology team. In this role, you will focus on sick visits, follow-up care, and benign hematology cases, providing consistent, relationship-driven care to patients over time. You will work closely with physicians in a collaborative environment that supports clinical growth while allowing for a high degree of autonomy in patient management. With a four-day workweek, this opportunity is ideal for an APP who values work-life balance, continuity of care, and practicing within a structured outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Board Certifications: NP-C/PA-C
- Minimum of 1-2 years of APP experience preferred
- Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or APP required
