About The Position

Astera Cancer Care is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its outpatient hematology and oncology team. In this role, you will focus on sick visits, follow‑up care, and benign hematology cases, providing consistent, relationship‑driven care to patients over time. You will work closely with physicians in a collaborative environment that supports clinical growth while allowing for a high degree of autonomy in patient management. With a four‑day workweek, this opportunity is ideal for an APP who values work–life balance, continuity of care, and practicing within a structured outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of APP experience preferred.
• Hematology/Oncology experience as RN or APP required.
• Board Certified as NP-C/PA-C.
