About The Position

Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity in Electrophysiology | US Heart and Vascular® | HeartPlace US Heart and Vascular®, in partnership with HeartPlace, is offering a full-time role for a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP). This position supports a high-volume Dallas-based Electrophysiologist, focusing exclusively on electrophysiology patients. Join Texas’s largest independent cardiology practice, renowned for its commitment to patient care and innovation for over 50 years. As an APP in the specialized field of electrophysiology, you’ll work closely with our Electrophysiologist and also independently manage patient care, guiding and educating patients through various procedures within this unique cardiology specialty.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
Active Texas license (or willingness to obtain).
Valid DEA license.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA).
In-depth cardiovascular assessment expertise.
Exceptional patient care skills.
Proficiency with EKGs, patient assessments, and comprehensive cardiology management.
Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

At least two years in cardiology.
Prior APP experience preferred.
Strong outpatient experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

Independently manage patient care for electrophysiology patients.
Guide and educate patients through various procedures within the cardiology specialty.
Perform occasional inpatient duties.
Conduct in-depth cardiovascular assessments.
Manage EKGs, patient assessments, and comprehensive cardiology.
Collaborate with the Electrophysiologist.
Work independently within the cardiology practice.
