About The Position

The Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to the patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care. This role involves maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided, maintaining full and current patient medical records, and assisting in keeping practice costs to a minimum while upholding a high standard of patient care. The provider will deliver a personalized, patient-centric experience and may be required to float to various facilities. While experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Master’s degree
IL Advanced Prac Provider License
IL Registered Nurse License
BLS Certification
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.

Responsibilities

Providing high-quality patient care to the patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided.
Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by the provider or other support staff.
Exercising diligence in assisting the OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.
Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
May be required to float between clinics as needed.
