About The Position

This is a locum tenens position for an NP or PA in an Urgent Care/Walk-in clinic setting. The role involves providing clinical coverage for walk-in patients, treating both adult and pediatric patients with acute conditions. The provider will be responsible for completing all documentation within their shift, working collaboratively with clinic staff, and maintaining patient safety and quality care standards. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM, and on weekends and holidays from 8 AM to 1 PM. The average daily patient volume is 20+ patients per day. The EMR system used is Epic. The support staff includes 3 RNs, 1 MA, 2 APPs, and 2 Office Staff. Hospital privileges are required, and temporary privileges are not available.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE)
• Valid WI License
• BLS Certification
• Hospital Privileges Required

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for walk-in clinic during operating hours.
