OHSU is seeking three (3) inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join the Center for Hematologic Malignancies (CHM) within Hematology & Medical Oncology. This role is crucial for supporting the growth of inpatient cancer care services, particularly with the opening of the Vista Pavilion in April 2026. APPs at OHSU function as clinicians, educators, researchers, and leaders. This position is classified as a Clinical Associate APP and is represented by the Oregon Nurses Association & Advance Practice United, subject to a collective bargaining agreement. The APP will deliver care within a defined scope of practice in Inpatient Adult Medical Oncology, adhering to departmental workflows, productivity standards, and performance expectations. The role involves 160 annual 12.5-hour shifts, including daytime coverage, and participation in departmental scheduling, which includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays. PTO use will reduce the annual maximum clinical time. APPs are expected to support OHSU's clinical, education, and research mission through routine clinical care, including working with students, trainees, and patients in research. Professional standards, participation in meetings, timely response to communications, and adherence to deadlines are also expected.
