About The Position
SunState Medical Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing hematology/oncology team in Boca Raton, Florida. The role involves managing a broad range of hematology and oncology patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, with inpatient rounding at West Boca Medical Center and Delray Medical Center. The APP works closely with physicians across the practice to provide coordinated care. Experienced APPs are preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply; hematology/oncology experience as an RN or APP is required. The position is based in a private-practice setting and supports care across the practice’s outpatient and inpatient services. SunState Medical Specialists is a division of OneOncology, providing services including urology, oncology, radiation therapy, and breast surgery. The practice emphasizes physician leadership, patient-centered coordinated care, evidence-based protocols, and improving patient outcomes and access to care.
Requirements
- Board certification as an NP-C or PA-C.
- Hematology/oncology experience as an RN or APP.
