Advanced Practice Provider - SunState Medical Specialists
About The Position
SunState Medical Specialists is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join its urology team in Miramar, Florida. The provider will work closely with urologists to evaluate patients, manage ongoing treatment needs, and provide follow-up care in outpatient and inpatient settings. The role includes coverage at Memorial Hospital Miramar, supporting continuity between the practice and hospital when patients need additional care. The opportunity is intended for a bilingual, Spanish-speaking APP with urology experience who wants to contribute to a collaborative, specialty-focused practice.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of Advanced Practice Provider experience.
- Urology experience as a registered nurse or Advanced Practice Provider.
- Fluency in spoken Spanish.
- Board certification as an NP-C or PA-C.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with a range of urologic conditions in collaboration with urologists.
- Manage patients’ ongoing treatment needs.
- Provide follow-up care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Cover patients at Memorial Hospital Miramar to support continuity of care between the practice and hospital.
