Convenient Care - Advanced Practice Provider
About The Position
Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care department in Hoopeston, Illinois. This is an established outpatient-only practice with no panel of primary care patients. The role involves 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm) on weekdays and 8-hour shifts (9am – 5pm) on weekends, with an every other weekend rotation required. Convenient Care is open 7 days a week. The provider will work with a collaborative team including a physician, another APP, a nurse, and a certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting. Consultation with specialists across the organization is available.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of clinical practice is preferred.
