About The Position
The West Virginia University Health System is the state's largest health system and largest private employer, comprising 18 hospitals throughout the state and bordering states. It also includes five institutes and provides management services for other local hospitals through affiliate agreements. This position is located at the WVU Medicine - Primary Care Clinic - Spring Mills (61 Campus Drive Martinsburg, WV 25404). The clinic department consists of 3 Physicians and 1 APP. The expected patient volume is 16-18 per day, with a patient age range from birth through the provider's preference. University Health Associates (UHA) is a private, not-for-profit corporation composed of clinical faculty members of the WVU School of Medicine and School of Dentistry, as well as advanced practice providers and other allied health providers. The organization is West Virginia’s largest multi-specialty physician practice, operating and staffing clinics and hospitals throughout West Virginia and surrounding states.
Requirements
- Must be an Advanced Practice Provider.
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system.
- Ability to manage patient care for ages from birth through provider's preference.
- Willingness to participate in after-hours phone call coverage.

Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients from birth through provider's preference.
- Manage an expected patient volume of 16-18 per day.
- Participate in after-hours phone call coverage (no in-person), approximately 1-2 days per month and 3 weekends per year.
