Advanced Practice Provider - Otolaryngology South Clinic

Seattle Children's•Federal Way, WA
•$137,321 - $201,961•Onsite

About The Position

Seattle Children’s is seeking a motivated and versatile Advanced Practice Provider (APP), either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or a Physician Assistant (PA), to join our growing Otolaryngology (ENT) – Head and Neck Surgery team. This role is designed for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory environment and is passionate about providing world-class pediatric care. As an APP in our ENT department, you will play a dual role in our clinical ecosystem: managing a diverse panel of patients presenting with a broad range of ENT pathologies affecting the head and neck, and working alongside world-renowned attending surgeons to coordinate care for children with complex medical conditions and specialized surgical needs. In this position, you will have the opportunity to master technical skills by maintaining proficiency in interpreting diagnostic imaging and performing specialized procedures, including binocular microscopy, foreign body removal, and cauterization. You will also drive innovation by contributing to departmental Quality Improvement (QI) projects and organizational performance initiatives, and participate in meaningful research efforts and provide essential education to patients, families, and the broader healthcare team. This is a fully clinic-based position. While your primary deployment will be at our South Clinic in Federal Way, flexibility is key; occasional coverage may be required at our Seattle and Bellevue clinics to ensure seamless patient care across the region. We are open to a range of 0.75 to 1.0 FTE, based on candidate interest and program needs.
