About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider for a full-time, home-clinic role supporting the Augusta, Georgia market. This clinic-based position focuses on providing high-quality, in-person primary and family care. Virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic when onsite patient volume is lower and doing so will not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers work with clinical support and collaborative resources in a team-based environment and are expected to be available every other weekend. Weekend and on-call shift differentials are available. The role includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions; diagnostic testing; preventive counseling; injury and illness treatment; and coordination of care. Providers also conduct wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings, and complete clinic operations such as inventory management, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts, with no work taken home. NP candidates must have an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and an active, unrestricted state APRN license. PA candidates must have a Master of Science in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies, or a health-related master’s degree plus a Bachelor of Science in PA Studies, current NCCPA certification, and an active, unrestricted state PA license or eligibility to obtain one upon hire. Requirements applicable to both paths include active BLS certification, the ability to pass a respirator fit test, and the ability to obtain and maintain multistate licensure based on business needs. A DOT certification exam must be completed within 30 days of employment. Physical presence at the assigned clinic is required. The typical pay range is $37.66–$81.11 per hour. The role is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to base pay. The full-time position is eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, subject to eligibility.
