About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality, accessible primary and family care in a clinic-based role. Providers deliver in-person care and may conduct virtual visits from the clinic when onsite patient volume is lower and virtual care does not delay or interfere with in-person care. The role serves Matthews Siskey and surrounding areas, floating among clinics within a 50-mile radius. The full-time schedule is 35–40 hours per week and includes every other weekend. Providers practice with clinical and organizational support and use evidence-based guidelines and assessment and treatment planning tools. The position includes patient care as well as essential clinic operations. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts, with no work taken home.
